The Central East ABI System Navigator offers support to those living with ABI, caregivers, family members and professionals with assistance with transitional planning, access to provincial support services, education or training on ABI management.
The System Navigator supports integrated service care and facilitates the coordination, education and advocacy of ABI supports.
The System Navigator’s role is to identify resources, enable accessibility and to assist with removing barriers for individuals living with ABI.
The System Navigator facilitates the Central East ABI Network; an assembly of health service providers with a vision and mandate to advocate for a responsive system that ensures timely and flexible supports for individuals and families impacted by ABI. The Network includes health service providers and professionals working in the ABI sector, from both the public and private funded sectors.
